Saturday July 23rd will be a very busy day for the regiment. A detachment will be in Perth to take part in the Homecoming Celebrations for the village's 200th anniversary.
Members of the regiment will take part in a parade through the village followed by a military tattoo. Later in the afternoon, the detachment will be at Elmwood Cemetery for a War of 1812 Veteran Recognition Ceremony for Lieutenant Playfair of the 104th Regiment. http://www.playfairville.ca/

Welcome to the 100th Regiment's eight new members who have enlisted for the summer. They have just completed their first day of training and will soon be in uniform.
For the next eight weeks, they will be working at the Rideau Canal Ottawa Locks, on Parliament Hill, and doing research in Library and Archives Canada alongside two of the regiment's regular members.
The 100th Regiment Historical Society is please to announce that with the help of the Canada Summer Jobs program, we have hired ten students for the summer.
