100th Regiment and Historical Society members were present for the annual Colonel By Day held at the Ottawa Locks.
During the event, the Society setup a kiosk that provided information on the regiment and the War of 1812. Members of the 100th Regiment participated in a ceremonial procession that opened the day and the annual Celtic Cross Memorial Ceremony. In the afternoon, Mayor Jim Watson was present at the Society kiosk to present certificates and a promotion to members of the regiment.
